We are Hiring
Atlantic Real Estate Brokers takes a unique approach to agent compensation. Instead of the traditional percentage split, we offer a flat fee broker split based on sale price tiers. This structure allows the agents to retain a greater share of their commission.
Further, the broker split is capped at $10,000 every 12 months of the agent’s active employment with the brokerage. The agent retains 100% of the commission after $10,000 has been reached. As additional incentive, agents receive a referral bonus of $1,000 for each successfully recruited agent (applied to the annual cap.)
E&O insurance premium is paid by the broker. No franchise, technology or additional transaction fees are charged to the agents.
Sale Price Minimum | Sale Price Maximum | Broker Split |
---|---|---|
$1.00 | $249,999 | $500 |
$250,000 | $499,999 | $750 |
$500,000 | $999,999 | $1500 |
